We had a wonderful stay where the manager quickly brought us an extra bed, which was a lifesaver since the kids loved having space to spread out. The indoor pool and hot tub were also a hit, making for super relaxing evenings. Just a heads up, the dining choices could be a bit more diverse, but the hot breakfast was already a solid start! 😊

My stay at best western was fantastic! The warm pool was perfect for the kids, keeping them entertained for hours. Plus, the delicious hot breakfast really kickstarted our days during this family getaway.

The pool was probably one of the warmest we've experienced at a hotel The kids were thrilled they could swim without jumping straight into the hot tub. And let's not forget the delicious hot breakfast that fueled us for a day of adventure!

Our room was clean and cozy, featuring soft beds with comfy pillows, although the shower pressure left something to be desired. The nearby restaurants offered convenience, but the on-site dining options were notably limited, which was a bit of a letdown.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Pool View was a cozy retreat after indulging in culinary gems like Los Compadres Mexican Restaurant, where their homemade salsa had us swooning! Plus, the pool was one of the warmest we’ve enjoyed, perfect for splashing around with the kids. Also, the manager was super quick to get us an extra bed, which felt like top-notch hospitality.

The kids loved the warm pool and enjoyed family time swimming, making it a perfect getaway! Our room was spacious with excellent amenities, just a stone’s throw from fun attractions. A highlight was the complimentary drink coupon that we almost enjoyed!

The pool temperature was outstanding, providing a comfortable swimming experience the kids thoroughly enjoyed. An accommodating manager promptly arranged an extra bed for us, showcasing excellent service. However, the dining options felt limited, and although we enjoyed breakfast, having to pay for the buffet seemed excessive. The breakfast selection was decent but not quite on par with what we've encountered at other locations.

The hotel’s location was fantastic for exploring nearby attractions like the Campbell County Rockpile Museum just over 1 km away and Los Compadres Mexican Restaurant less than a 5-minute walk, allowing me to fuel up with delicious food after a day of walking and sightseeing. however, while the stay was enjoyable, the front desk service could use a bit more attention and friendliness.
